General view

Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport City will promote economic competitiveness through the development of activities with high added value and innovation in the Community of Madrid and will diversify the airport's role as an economic and public service engine.

The project will be structured around three different activities: a state-of-the-art logistics hub, by means of which air cargo, logistics and high added value activities will be promoted; a second area to serve passengers and airport users, with hotels, offices and associated services; and an aeronautical and cargo activities area.

Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport City is an opportunity for growth for the city and will contribute to its socio-economic evolution, enabling it to adapt to the new social dynamics demanded by the large cities of the 21st century.
